(hereinafter referred to as Lixin Photoelectric Company or Company) is a joint venture capital company of Shaanxi Investment Emerging Industries Development Co., Ltd., Xi'an High-tech Industry Venture Investment Co., Ltd., and Xi'an Zhongke Optical Machinery Investment Holding Co., Ltd., specializing in semiconductor laser chip research and graduate students.
